Browne Brothers Funerals is a budget funeral company that was established in 2001 to cater for average Melbournians. We offer a basic package with restrictions on time for those families whose budget could not possibly afford to deal with a main line Corporate Funeral Company.
Over the years it has conducted second generation funerals from very satisfied families and it now offers something more than just the budget funeral – a funeral at a realistic price. The Majority of Browne Brothers Funerals are under $3000. We are able to maintain these prices through our use of existing chapels that are scattered around Melbourne and have no need for the high overheads incurred in maintaining lavish over-the-top funeral emporiums.
Browne Brothers takes a realistic approach to funeral care and will not attempt to guild the Lilly, using high pitched sales techniques to inflate the price of your funerals. You are given options in the comfort of your own home and no pressure is exerted, you make the choice.

* Transfer of deceased within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area and Mornington Peninsula (9am-5pm Mon-Fri not including P/Holidays)
* Mortuary Care
* Cremation Fee
* Medical Certification
* Standard Funeral Notice (up to $ 100.00)
* Silk Floral Tribute
* Basic Coffin
Double Service Fee
(Does not include any cemetery costs for burial or cremation or Church Fees if any.)

* Service in a Church of your choice with committal service at graveside/chapel.
