Book clergy/celebrant, church, crematorium or cemetery, mourning cars (as required)

Contact any club participating in the service and confirm their role
Place press notices
Arrange any special requirements discussed with family

Attention to detail

Attend to mourners, record names if required
Distribute orders of service, donation envelopes if required
Arrange flowers, collect cards for the family, disperse flowers as directed
Have flags, personal items, photos placed as agreed
Assist family pall bearers
Have in place all equipment for special music, audio tapes, speakers if necessary
